3.1 Deposits

All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise specified. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph93 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if ph93 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ph93's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

ph93 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to provide required verification documents, extended inactivity (12 months or more), or at the sole discretion of ph93 management. Upon termination, you forfeit all bonuses and any unrealized winnings. Your account balance (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding debts owed to ph93.
